What can be seen or heard

The lyric is repeated rising: get up, again, and move. The official video shows care, a body that does not move easily, and a day that is still lived. The picture is perseverance in a life. It does not, by itself, name a realm above this one.

What the artist said

Day told Time that she wrote it after a close friend was diagnosed with cancer, while her own work and life felt stuck. She called the song a sort of prayer, much of it from a first freestyle, including lines she would usually have found too plain. That is the documented occasion. A metaphysical system is not in that interview.

Living Realm comparison

Two comparisons stay open. Ascension: the rising is a way out of the cycle, up and gone. Return: the rising is getting up again inside the same life, which is also what her account describes. Neither reading is declared the song. Her prayer for a friend remains the documented center. The two comparisons are here so they are not collapsed into one.
