Old street level

What the picture shows

The photograph sought is one that shows a former ground floor against a later, higher sidewalk.

Documented context

That picture was not opened. The Denny Hill chairs are a different operation: earth taken away from around buildings, not a new street built over an old one. This chair stays empty until a verified photograph is filed.
