Judaism
Creation by God.
Architecture
Created world, moral judgment
Creator → ordered world → moral human → (varied afterlife) → flood/judgment/restoration. Rebirth is generally off the main circuit.
- 01
God as creator
The world is made, contingent, and ordered.
- 02
Created ordered world
Sacred geography may exist; a universal Meru-axis is not the governing image here.
- 03
Angels and spiritual beings
Other persons exist inside creation. They are not co-creators.
- 04
Moral human
Created with agency, read through covenant, scripture, tradition, and reason.
- 05
Death and afterlife
Multiple concepts across periods. Heavens, Sheol, later developments — not one socket.
- Time
- Covenant history with flood, judgment, and restoration. Linear frame; not a cosmic wheel.
- Agents
- God; angels and other spiritual beings.
- Human slot
- Moral agent in a created world, not a fragment of the creator and not a repeating incarnation as the general rule.
- Break
- Moral opposition exists. It is not recorded here as an equal co-eternal anti-creator.
Recorded claims
An evidence label is shown only where the kind of source is already established. No label means unclassified. A label is not a judgment. Source Needed means no source is attached yet. It does not mean the claim is false, weak, or disproven.

Sources & EvidenceShowHideNo source is attached yet. Source Needed is a research gap, not a judgment.
The tradition or source
What that source says. Not a scholar’s retelling, and not a SCARCE inference.
None attached.
A modern researcher
What a scholar or other modern writer says about the source. Not the source’s own words.
None attached.
SCARCE
What this project infers or sets beside the records. Not what the source said.
None attached.
How we know
Where the evidence comes from, and how far it is from the people it describes. The labels are not a score. They do not rank traditions. A manuscript year, a tradition’s own claim, and a date from the ground are kept apart on the timeline.
The oldest Hebrew biblical manuscripts of any length are among the Dead Sea Scrolls, from about the 3rd century BCE to the 1st century CE. Short earlier inscriptions exist, including the Ketef Hinnom amulets, often dated to the late 7th or early 6th century BCE.
The tradition’s own claim places the Torah earlier than any surviving copy. No autograph of the Torah is extant. The usual complete Hebrew text is medieval (the Leningrad Codex is dated 1008). The tradition may be older. The surviving evidence for the text is not.
Original evidence → transmission / copy → translation / documentation → modern interpretation
01
Original evidence
Contemporary artifact or inscription
Inscriptions and the Ketef Hinnom blessing are artifacts from the region and period of ancient Judah. They are not the Torah.
02
Transmission / copy
Later copy of earlier text
Dead Sea Scrolls are already copies. The Masoretic Text is a later copy. The Septuagint is an ancient Greek translation, which is another line of transmission, not the Hebrew original.
03
Translation / documentation
Modern scholarly reconstruction
Modern translations render Hebrew and Aramaic. A translation is not the manuscript. Mishnah and Talmud are later rabbinic texts, not the biblical autograph.
04
Modern interpretation
Modern scholarly reconstruction
Biblical scholarship reconstructs composition over centuries. Traditional commentary reads the same books differently. This chart’s one-line cells are neither the Tanakh nor a commentary.
The twenty-one questions
Asked of every system. Gaps are recorded as gaps. Nothing here is filled in to make a pattern prettier.
01
Where are we?
In a world created and ordered by God.
Read every system on this question02
What is reality made of?
Creation by God. The world is made, contingent, and ordered — not self-existent.
Read every system on this question03
What is a human being?
A created human with moral agency.
Read every system on this question04
What is consciousness?
Not isolated here as a modern technical term. Humans are created with moral agency; inner life is read through scripture, tradition, and reason.

Where did humanity come from?
Created by God, with moral agency.
Read every system on this question06
What happens at death?
Multiple concepts across periods and traditions — not a single afterlife doctrine.
Read every system on this question07
Does consciousness return to embodiment?
Generally no. Some later Jewish mystical traditions include reincarnation.
Read every system on this question08
Where is consciousness between lives?
Not framed as an interval between lives in the general record. Later mystical streams that include reincarnation do not yield one agreed location here.
Read every system on this question09
Are there nonhuman intelligent beings?
Yes. Angels and other spiritual beings.
Read every system on this question10
Can those beings become human or appear human?
Angels and other spiritual beings are recorded. Whether they become or appear human is not a single settled doctrine in this chart.

Are there multiple realms or worlds?
Heavens, Sheol, and later concepts.
Read every system on this question12
Is there a central mountain, tree, pillar, axis, heart, or sacred center?
A created, ordered world. Sacred center traditions (Temple, Zion, and related geography) exist in many streams without a universal Meru-style cosmic mountain in this chart.
Read every system on this question13
Is the world itself alive?
A created, ordered world. Aliveness belongs to the Creator and to living creatures, not to the world as a single organism in this chart.
Read every system on this question14
Has civilization or the world been destroyed or reset before?
Flood, judgment, restoration.
Read every system on this question15
Does history operate linearly or cyclically?
A created history with flood, judgment, and restoration. Linear covenant history is the main frame; cycles are not the governing image here.
Read every system on this question16
Is there an opposing positive/negative force?
Moral opposition exists (evil, the adversary in some streams). It is not the equal-and-opposite cosmology of Zoroastrianism in this chart.
Read every system on this question17
What is humanity supposed to become?
Created humans with moral agency — to live the covenant, not to become God in this chart.
Read every system on this question18
Is reincarnation a destination, punishment, school, growth process, or something else?
Generally not. Where later mystical traditions include reincarnation (gilgul in some streams), it is a later teaching, not the general structure.
Read every system on this question19
What lies beyond the visible world?
Heavens, Sheol, and later concepts; angels and other spiritual beings.

How does this tradition claim humans can know any of this?
Scripture, tradition, reason, revelation.
Read every system on this question21
Does the structure or motion of the heavens correspond to events, conditions, or consciousness within the human realm?
Created, ordered world. Celestial bodies are created lights, not independent gods. Signs and appointed times appear in scripture; a full astrological correspondence system is not the governing claim of this chart.

Why did humanity forget?
Not recorded in this chart.
