Can those beings become human or appear human?

  1. Unknown. The chart records no established claim that nonhuman intelligences become or appear human.

  2. Angels and other spiritual beings are recorded. Whether they become or appear human is not a single settled doctrine in this chart.

  3. Watchers, angels, and giants imply crossing between heavenly and human realms. The rebellion story is about that entanglement, not a general rule for all beings.

  4. Angels and fallen beings are recorded. Appearance in human form occurs in scriptural narrative; becoming human is not the general claim.

  5. Jinn are a created class distinct from humans; Iblis is recorded among them. Appearance and interaction are claimed; becoming human is not the doctrine.

  6. Devas, asuras, and many other beings populate the cosmos. Divine descent and appearance in human form are prominent in many narratives, but schools differ.

  7. Devas and numerous classes of beings exist. Beings may take rebirth in human and other realms; “appearing human” is not the same as a permanent god becoming a person.

  8. Immortals, spirits, and deities are recorded. Crossing appearance is present in later narrative traditions; it is not a single shared rule here.

  9. Gods and spirits are recorded. Divine manifestation is part of the religious world; a general rule that beings become human is not isolated in this chart.

  10. Gods, spirits, and monsters are recorded. A general doctrine that they become human is not the center of this record.

  11. Æsir, Vanir, jötnar, elves, and others inhabit multiple worlds. Interaction with humans is part of the poetry; a single rule of becoming human is not recorded here.

  12. Other-than-human persons are real in this record. Appearance and relationship are part of a living world; “become human” is the wrong mechanical frame.

  13. Gods and supernatural beings are recorded. Manifestation belongs to sacred narrative; a general conversion-into-human doctrine is not isolated here.

  14. Beneficent and destructive spiritual beings are recorded. Becoming human is not the center of the claim.

  15. Angels and divine beings are recorded. Humans have premortal existence and divine potential — a different claim from nonhuman beings becoming human.

  16. Thetans are spiritual beings in repeated embodiment. The teaching is about spiritual beings occupying bodies, not a separate species turning into humans.

  17. Some traditions associate celestial bodies with gods, spirits, or intelligences. Becoming human is not inherent to astrology as such.

  18. Gods act in the human world. Inanna descends and returns; she does not become an ordinary human. A general rule that gods become human is not in these texts.

  19. Gods take human form in myth and speak with mortals. A general rule that a god becomes permanently human is not the cult.

  20. A god is a soul in a divine birth and can later be born human. Tīrthaṅkaras are human. That is karma, not a visit from a creator.

  21. God is formless. The Gurūs are human. Sikh teaching rejects avatāra as the path.

  22. Kami act in human-like ways in myth. Some dead people are enshrined as kami. That is not a god converting into a mortal.

  23. In many Christian-related texts a revealer appears in human form. The body is often not what is saved. Texts without that revealer exist.

  24. Hermes teaches as a divine revealer in human conversation. The doctrine is not that God becomes a mortal.

  25. In many lineages an òrìṣà possesses a devotee in ritual. That is presence in a person, not a permanent change of species.

  26. Ancestral beings are often human-formed and more than human, and they remain in country. ‘Become human’ is the wrong question.

  27. Huacas and gods are persons one feeds and addresses. A doctrine that they turn into humans is not the Inca claim.

  28. Manifestations appear as human beings and are not regarded as God incarnate in the Christian sense, nor as avatars in a Hindu sense. The distinction is this tradition’s own.

  29. White Buffalo Calf Woman comes as a woman and brings the pipe, in the Lakota telling. A Dakota version is not substituted.

  30. The Holy People act in the forms the narratives give, including human-like forms. They are not katsinam.

  31. Maasaw is met at emergence as a person of this world. Katsinam are met in ceremonial form. A claim that they are human beings is not filed.

  32. Irish tales have gods and humans meeting, fostering, and sometimes marrying.

  33. Working synthesis · not a verdict

Angels, Fallen/Watchers, Builders, dragons, and others are recorded. The Watcher/Fallen class, as in the Enochic stream, implies crossing into the human story. A complete rule for every class is not stated here.
